Let’s start with my professional life.

• I have a Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling.
• I have worked over 10 years in the mental health field in various settings that include inpatient, outpatient, and private practice.
• I have 2 years of training and providing neurofeedback services
• I have specialization in addiction treatment.
• I am an advocate for the use of meditation and mindfulness practices.

Now, general facts and interests.

• I’ve always had a passion for writing and wrote and tried to self-publish a fiction book at 20 years old (I took it down and it never really went anywhere after that).
• I enjoy archery, hiking, reading, being in nature, exercising, board games, video games, and generally being nerdy.
• I love cats and will try to stop and pet every cat I see.

As a former therapist, I understand mental health and health/wellness in general. My education and experience has helped me write from a place of knowledge and compassion. My goal is to not only to inform, but get your former, current, and potential clients to connect with the information and resources.

For our Standard, Premium, or Ultra packages, please fill out of the contact form with as much information as you can provide about your desired content creation. If you chose Premium or Ultra, you will also need to send your desired topics and/or outlines and keywords.

For the Custom package, please schedule a consultation with me to discuss desired amount of blogs per week, length of the project, and pricing.

First edits or revisions are free for under 500 words of changes. If more edits or revisions are requested, will be charged $0.10 per word.
